I’m a highly organised and positively detail-obsessed self-starter with a passion for everything creative and advertising. I love what I do. I believe that brands shouldn't exist just to sell and provide a service. They must make a positive difference to people's lives and that is the kind of value I aim to create for every brand I work on. I strongly believe that my strengths lie in bringing out the best ideas from my colleagues and building on them. Identifying what ideas have great potential and a vision on how to execute them is where I feel that I excel.

I am conceptual as much as I am able to craft. I even dabble in writing a bit of copy. My puns are on point, but only within reason! I excel at visual storytelling, diverse graphic design and can work in a team to conceptualise ideas and bring them to life in a variety of media. My strengths lie in unwavering attention to detail, creativity in problem-solving and focusing on the end-user. I believe my strongest trait is that I am a creative visionary as I’m persistent with pushing for the best creative output, crafting the work as best as I possibly can.

I manage and mentor other creatives, regularly running/attending inspire sessions to share and discuss the latest trends to empower the best creative output possible from the team. I love to push disruptive ideas and support innovating thinking from colleagues. I like to get involved in the culture of the company by organising events and outings that help us bond, be energised and have fun as a team. Championing diversity is important to me as I believe this brings out the best creativity and gives me the opportunity to give back. I am always seeking out new ways of doing things. I strive in rising above challenges to create opportunities for an organisation I am working for, while contributing to my own evolution and development.

Key Achievements

BPme Rewards campaign: Won a DMA Award 2019 for Best Customer Journey. We created a campaign that lead to 2 million new members, 10 million transactions and 2.2x the email open rates in the first 90 days of launch.

#SCREAM4IVF Campaign: Won a Clio Health Award 2019 in Public Relations (Health & Wellness). The campaign surpassed the target of 100,000 change.org signatures which led to a debate in Parliament, 27 million impressions on social media and over 80+ mentions in broadcast and print.

CHAMPIX smoking cessation drug: Won 2 Awards in Craft at PM Society Awards 2016. A successful brand positioning that brought back the reputation of this drug and massively increased prescribing numbers.
