I led the concepting and production of a campaign for JBL, involving 3 key premiere league footballers - Jesse Lingard, Virgil Van Dijk and Lucas Hernandez.
The campaign was all about the concept of “Sound that fits you” to promote JBL’s new wireless earphones. We also created an activation specifically for Virgil Van Dijk to announce him as the new ambassador of JBL. I worked on a content and social media strategy at concept stage, including storyboarding, scripting, preparing client presentations and creating pre-production materials for wardrobe, set and photography style for the footballers. I also worked with the director to produce a director's treatment and directed the films and photo shoots. I directed a team of designers, animators, editors and retouchers during the post-production of static and film for hundreds of assets across POS, PR, web and social media.
Little claim to fame: The client didn’t like one of my wardrobe choices for Virgil, but the Liverpool captain loved it so much, he insisted on wearing that piece you see in the “Sound of Recovery” campaign below :)
