British Land - Christmas Campaign

Brief: Ignite the Christmas spirit at the various shopping centres across the UK that are owned by British Land. Create an overarching campaign to increase the footfall in the retail spaces.

Insight: Every person has something that marks the beginning of the Christmas season - hearing a song on the radio, having a certain food or drink.

Idea: Let’s encourage people to kick-off the season with something new, exciting and humorous, yet something all too familiar – our experiences of Christmas every year.

My role: Along with a copywriter, we came up with ideas for over 8 Key Visuals and presented it to the client. I sourced the appropriate CGI Artist - the talented Ben Fearnley to bring the scamps to life and worked closely with him to finesse the CGI. Going into full production of assets, I managed a team of designers, artworkers and developers to adapt the key visuals into several different aspect ratios and formats, across OOH, web and social – In total around 1200 assets were produced, ensuring the message was clear and the artwork is consistent throughout.
